MeridianLink will be performing system maintenance on the Mortgage Access Staging environments on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, starting at 6pm PT for up to 4 hours. Possible brief and/or intermittent downtime for staging sites is expected during this time. This only impacts customers with a staging site - this does not impact production sites. There is no customer action needed after this change.

We will be performing system maintenance on EPL and Dedicated production environments - after business hours. This is to install the MS security patch for the current month and codebase update to latest LTS release.

On May 14, 2024, Mortgage Access introduced an issue where the landing window on the borrower’s dashboard was referencing another lender's name. This was impacting all lenders. We hot-patched this today May 17, 2024 at 1:30pm ET to no longer reference any lender's name.
