We are currently receiving errors on TransUnion reports. Our gateway is actively working with them to determine to cause to address it.

All searches and orders should be processing as normal. Any orders submitted via XML will need to be re-submitted if they have not been successfully placed.

Users are currently receiving an application error when trying to submit orders to the instascreen system. Our teams are actively working to address this issue. At this time, we do not suggest pushing orders out of Applicant and XML Ready in order to avoid data loss.
